This Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is designed to provide participants with a fundamental understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and practices at the Yellow Belt level. This certification level focuses on introducing participants to the basic concepts of process improvement and quality management, preparing them to effectively contribute to continuous improvement projects in their organizations.
Aimed at: students about to graduate, recent graduates from any field who will be joining an organization to develop an improvement project in professional practice.
Upon successfully completing the course, participants will receive a National and International Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, recognizing their ability to effectively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
