Our turnkey model is based on: Planning, Approval, Implementation, Operation and Support (PAIO´s). With this, we ensure that projects are personalized, comprehensive and multidisciplinary, reducing implementation times and risks, while saving resources by focusing on what adds value.

Planning: Requirements are gathered through meetings, interviews, and on-site process analysis or internal documentation. The project scope is validated and specified; if necessary, it is segmented into phases.

Approval: A quote and contract are sent to the client, detailing the functionalities, scope, restrictions, responsibilities, and interaction between client and vendor work teams.

Implementation: Activities are prioritized, fine-tuned, and everything established in the planning and approval phases is executed. Tests, adjustments, and revisions are carried out continuously with the client to perform partial approvals. At the end, a final test run and validation are performed.

Operation and Support: The necessary operational training is provided to transfer responsibilities to the client, documentary support is left in place, and follow-up is given to the client for the period included in their policy for problem resolution and a continuous improvement period.
