Mentor has been characterized over the years by offering nationally recognized programs (STPS and CONOCER) and internationally (The Council for Six Sigma Certification and VMEdu). 

In our initial training process, we accompany and provide digital tools to the organization or client representative (HR) for the determination of their DNC and PAC. 

Once the programs your organization wishes to acquire are established, we design them using our methodology for achieving objectives, in 3 phases: experiment, exclude and exhort. 

In in-house or in-company courses and diploma programs, participants learn through controlled experimentation, working in teams to propose applications toward their context and exclude what adds no value, to finally develop a deployment of the proposal where various ways of exhorting are explored.

All programs have teamwork as a transversal line, increasing trust among collaborators, fostering communication, generating motivation to create commitments with the organization and developing leadership within work teams.  In addition, the following is included:
